Enroll with Ascend Autism
To enroll, simply reach out to Ascend Autism online or by phone. As part of the registration process, please provide:
- Front and back copies of your insurance card
- An ASD diagnosis report from a licensed MD, PhD, or PsyD
- Additional documents (such as a doctor’s note) if required by your insurance provider
Our intake team will handle insurance verification and provide you with a welcome packet to prepare for your child’s journey with us.
2. Complete an Initial Assessment
Once insurance is confirmed, we’ll schedule an assessment with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This evaluation will guide creating a personalized therapy plan tailored to your child’s needs.
Following the assessment, the BCBA will arrange a consultation with you to review the plan and discuss any adjustments before sessions begin.
3. Start Therapy Services
After the plan is approved, the BCBA submits a service request to determine session hours through your insurance provider, typically processed within two weeks.
Once finalized, our team will reach out to set a start date, and therapy sessions can commence!
